The Self Change tool
From today Revolution gives you the possibility to manage voluntary DATA changes of
scheduled flights in complete autonomy.
Enter the back office and open the details of the reservation you want to modify.
Click the 'Modify Ticket" button in the vertical menu on the left.
Select the best solution for your customers.
Remember to check for any additional services, such as baggage, classes of service, as in the new selection made the conditions could be different.
Then proceed with the modification, paying any difference.
You will find the practice directly updated with the new dates.
Don't worry if the system doesn't fix the dates right away, a
sometimes the requested change may require a few more minutes,
you will find the back office will be updated during the day and you will be able to download the ticket
with the new dates!
