Tickets are typically subject to cancellation charges and in some cases are not refundable. Please check the fare rules section prior to confirmation of your booking, these can be printed and handed out to you customers. If the booking has already been confirmed please request information on refund by opening a request ticket using the "request assistance" button in the booking, if necessary. Once we receive your request we will advise you by mail on the charges the airline company will apply and wait for your feedback via mail before going ahead with the cancellation or the refund. If tickets were issued on the same day, it might be possible to void them without charges. If this is possible the "void ticket" button will be available in the "Request Emission" section in Revolution backoffice.
