During the purchasing process:
After selecting the offer, you will be able to see the available insurances with a summary of the conditions in each column. At the bottom of each column you will find a downloadable document containing the full policy information set.
Within the booking
After making a reservation or holding an option, access the Revolution Hotel back office, search for the reservation and enter the details page.
On the top right corner, where all the cost items are shown including insurance (if included), you will always find the link to the conditions of the selected policy.
You will find all the information regarding the insurance included by downloading the policy conditions.
If you cannot find the information you are looking for, you can contact the insurance customer support directly, using the details found in the conditions of the policy itself.
