Yes, rates are net. If you wish to visualize gross prices you can set your MU by clicking onto the wrench icon (right-hand side corner of the page) and then "Set Mark Up". MU can be set as a % or a fixed fee per booking on each service available, please bear in mind that your MU won't be considered for payments or invoicing.
