If there is an error in your booking, it means that there was probably an update of availability and/or tariffs when you clicked on "book". This means that the booking did not end successfully and it is in a pending state. In this case our system notifies us promptly and we will manage the pending stage with priority. After our verification you will receive a communication on the actual status of the reservation (confirmed/cancelled). If the booking is not confirmed and you have paid, we will refund you immediately.
