Option expiry date is indicated in the confirmation email you get soon after closing a reservation and is visible in your booking archive, "option time limit box". If you wish to extend an option expiry date, please open a ticket ("Request Assistance", yellow button inside the reservation) by selecting "Info Request"as motivation. When the ticket is received, our Booking Team will check if it is possible and communicate a new payment deadline. If due date falls over the weekends or bank holidays it is mandatory to contact us by phone.
